Senior Resource Center, Inc. is composed of a team of Benefits Coordinators, Case Managers, and Elder Care Specialists who are all Medicaid (MassHealth) experts prepared to answer any of your questions as well as help provide Medicaid (MassHealth) and long term care solutions by developing a plan for families and their loved ones.
Anthony S. Falco, Esq.
President, CEO and Shareholder
As a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980s, Anthony S. Falco came to specialize in matters affecting the elderly. He founded Senior Resource Center, Inc. in the year 2000. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Inc. (NAELA), a Charter Board member of the NAELA Seniors Rights Political Action Committee, former member of the MA-Chapter Public Policy Committee, a former board member of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) and previous Finance Director and Treasurer to Timothy P. Cahill, former Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mr. Falco is a Finance degree honors graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. Mr. Falco’s non legal interests and activities include owning and managing residential and commercial real estate, coaching and or managing various youth sports teams, maintaining physical Fitness through nutrition and exercise and being actively involved with many charities, mostly focused on addiction and recovery. He is married and the father of six children and five grandchildren.
Ronald R. Kearns, R.N., Esq.
Shareholder
Ron serves as the Chairperson on the Compliance Committee of the Norwell VNA & Hospice. He also is active at his Church chairing both the Stewardship and Finance Committees.
Ron utilizes both his nursing and legal backgrounds to help clients devise custom Estate and Medicaid plans. He educates professionals on the complex subjects of Medicaid regulations and planning and the importance of advocating for seniors and the disabled.
Professionally, Ron also serves as a Trustee on many private as well as charitable Trusts.
Ron and his wife, Karen, have two adult children and he lives on the South Shore. Their son, Rob, is a climate specialist at the Charles River Watershed Association and is passionate about the environment. Their daughter, Lauren, is a new RN on a medical-surgical floor at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Ron enjoys boating, physical fitness, sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
Kevin Spitz, Esq.
Benefits Coordinator
Kevin is a Medicaid (MassHealth) Benefits Specialist. Simultaneously to practicing law, Mr. Spitz was a Firefighter with the Scituate MA Fire department and retired in 2013.
Kevin Spitz has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since 1990 and has practiced law with Falco & Associates, P.C. since 1997. He is a Bachelor of Arts graduate of Eisenhower College and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Kevin is married and the father of three children.
Keya Smith
Senior Benefits Coordinator
Keya joined Senior Resource Center, Inc. in 2011. As a Senior Benefits Coordinator, she helps our clients obtain financial benefits for Medicaid/MassHealth care in their home or in a nursing home. Before joining the SRC team, she worked in the Fiscal Services department at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for many years.
Keya has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass-Amherst. She lives in the south shore with her husband and their two children.
Daniel J. Sullivan
Director of Case Management
Dan has over twenty-five years of experience in the elder care industry. Beginning as a volunteer delivering Meals-On-Wheels while working his way through college, Dan has since been involved in numerous aspects of service delivery to the elder population. During his 10 years at South Shore Elder Services, Dan worked as a Case Manager, Congregate Housing Manager, Information Specialist, Protective Service Investigator and finally as Director of the Information, Outreach and Referral Department. Working in collaboration with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (MassHealth) Services, Dan helped coordinate and implement community outreach efforts aimed at educating seniors and professionals regarding the roll out of the Medicare Prescription Drug Policy.
Dan has been a Case Manager at Senior Resource Center, Inc. for more than fourteen years where each day he helps guide families through the complex and confusing healthcare maze educating our clients so they can make informed healthcare and health insurance decisions.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. Dan is happily married and the proud father of three rapidly growing children.
Joanne Zahn
Office Manager
Joanne lives in Braintree and has 2 children, Aiden and Addison.
Lisa Mullinix
Finance Manager
Lisa lives in Dedham with her husband Tom and is active in many community projects.
