Meet Our Panelists: 

Anthony S. Falco, ESQ (moderator)- President, CEO & Shareholder @ Falco & Associates, P.C. and Senior Resource Center, Inc.

As a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980s, Anthony S. Falco came to specialize in matters affecting the elderly. He founded Senior Resource Center, Inc. in the year 2000. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Inc. (NAELA), a Charter Board member of the NAELA Seniors Rights Political Action Committee, former member of the MA-Chapter Public Policy Committee, a former board member of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) and previous Finance Director and Treasurer to Timothy P. Cahill, former Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Falco is a Finance degree honors graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. Mr. Falco’s non legal interests and activities include owning and managing residential and commercial real estate, coaching and or managing various youth sports teams, maintaining physical Fitness through nutrition and exercise and being actively involved with many charities, mostly focused on addiction and recovery. He is married and the father of six children and five grandchildren.

Stephen R. Pepe, JD – Reverse Mortgage Consultant @ Longbridge Financial, LLC

Stephen R. Pepe, JD is a reverse Mortgage Consultant with Longbridge Financial, LLC.  He earned his JD from Suffolk University Law School in 1998 and previously practiced law in the areas of residential real estate conveyancing, land use, summary process and estate planning.  Steve is a former AARP Foundation-certified reverse mortgage counselor and an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Norfolk and Plymouth Estate Planning Council, and the Boston Society of Financial Service Professionals.  Steve is a frequent contributor in print and radio and a CLE panelist on the topic of reverse mortgages.  He lives in Milford, Massachusetts with his wife Kerry and has been an avid drummer since age 8.  

Joseph M. Reardon – Vice President for Community Development and Advance Planning @ Keohane Funeral Home

Joseph M. Reardon serves as Vice President for Community Development and Advance Planning with Keohane Funeral Home. Keohane is full-service funeral provider with locations in Quincy, Weymouth and Hingham. 

A licensed funeral director and Certified Preplanning Consultant, Joe specializes in assisting families prepare in advance of the time of need. With 30 years of experience in the industry, he has earned a solid reputation for his expertise in all aspects of funeral service and advance planning especially as it relates to Medicaid eligibility requirements.

Joe is also very involved in the community. He currently serves as a member and Past-President of the Board of Directors of Manet Community Health Center, a trustee of Milton Cemetery, Chair of the Norfolk County Advisory Board, and as a member and Past-President of the Quincy Lions Club.  He also coaches youth sports and gives of his time to Quincy Asian Resources, Inc. and St. Agatha Parish. Joe lives in Milton with his wife Jeannine and their children Maggie and Jack.

His presentation focuses on the benefits of making funeral related decisions in advance of the time of need. It will offer insight into the value of the funeral and the benefits of ensuring that one’s family is cared for when death occurs.
